30 Day Rewind - October 2024 Marin Market Report

The median home sales price shot up almost 20% and the average days on market dropped significantly largely due to interest rate drops and with buyers coming back from summer break. While we have seen price reductions, 78% of the homes that sold were on the market for under 30 days and over half of all homes sold - sold at/over list price.

Buyers in the 3M+ made up the majority of the 12 Off-Market Sales in Marin. For my clients that do not have a defined timeline to sell, selling Off-Market continues to be a great way to test the market, gauge interest and often gets you the price you want and more.
